Faculty Multimedia Suite
LTCi provides a Windows XP multimedia workstation for the creation of
teaching and learning materials, which features:
- video editing suite with Premiere Pro
- digital video acquisition (via Firewire) and editing for anyone with a digital camcorder
- a DVD burner with DVD authoring software
- a 35 mm slide and negative scanner
- a high-resolution flatbed document and transparency scanner
- PowerPoint XP for presentations
- Adobe Acrobat Distiller for creating PDFs
The workstation is self-serve and free for use during office hours, although
we encourage everyone to call ahead to ensure availability and to request
