Consolidation of the University’s Learning Management System
The University has announced its decision to move to one Learning Management System (LMS) in order to consolidate all of its online course offerings. Desire2Learn will replace Blackboard as the institution’s internal LMS.
The Office of Open Learning has for a number of years, successfully employed Desire2Learn’s LMS platform. This decision was made with the objective of reducing costs, and to establish a common platform to better serve the future needs of students and learners.
